Job Description

- Help us improve the quality of content for WOWPASS’s English-speaking users and provide consistent translation support for our app and social media channels.

Qualifications

- Translate WOWPASS app content, including events, promotions, and announcements - Translate commerce product detail pages - Translate social media content - Review English translations for natural wording and suitability for the intended audience - Refine short pieces of copy to match our brand voice and tone as needed

Preferred

- Native-level English proficiency - Familiarity with content related to travel in Korea, payment services, fintech, or commerce - Experience translating social media content or adapting brand copy for English-speaking audiences - A feel for language that resonates with English-speaking millennials, Gen Z, and travelers

[Working Arrangements] - Location: Remote - Contract type: Freelance or employment with coverage under Korea’s four major social insurance programs - Hours: 4 hours per day - Schedule: 5 days per week - Flexibility: Choose your working hours between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM [Required Skills] - Ability to translate from Korean into English - Ability to turn Korean source content into natural, audience-appropriate English - Experience translating app, service, or marketing content - Ability to consistently deliver translations on schedule
