Job Description

This role involves introducing the brand and products to customers and selling them at the roreco Beauty Pop-up Store. - Customer service at the roreco Pop-up Store in Hyundai Department Store, Sinchon Branch - Introduction of the roreco brand and the RETI 0.5 DEEP IN SERUM product - Guidance on product features, key ingredients, and usage instructions - Product explanations and sales tailored to customers' skin concerns and needs - Product testing and instructions on using testers - Simple product information and assistance in foreign languages ​​for international customers - Product display, inventory checks, and store environment management - Information on promotions and purchase benefits - Basic on-site duties required for pop-up store operations Even without prior sales experience, you are welcome to apply if you have a strong interest in beauty and skincare and can actively communicate with customers. Product and brand training will be conducted prior to work.

Qualifications

- Someone who can respond to customers in a bright and friendly manner - Someone who can actively approach customers to introduce and sell products - Someone with an interest in cosmetics, skincare, and K-Beauty - Someone who is well-versed in product and brand training and can explain them accurately to customers - Someone who can faithfully participate in the work schedule - For foreign applicants, someone capable of fluent customer service in Korean - For foreign applicants, someone holding a valid residence status that allows them to work legally in Korea

Preferred

- Experience in department store, cosmetics, or beauty pop-up sales - Ability to proactively approach customers and provide active product explanations - Proficiency in foreign languages ​​such as English, Japanese, or Chinese - Experience in interacting with foreign customers - Strong interest in cosmetics and K-Beauty - Foreign nationals residing in Korea are eligible to apply ※ Foreign nationals must be able to provide fluent customer service in Korean.
