Job Description

Overall management of K-Beauty cosmetics overseas exports and global logistics operations Management of export schedules and shipments by country, including Europe, the Middle East, and the U.S. Communication with domestic and international forwarders, shipping companies, airlines, and overseas logistics partners Comparison of ocean and air freight quotes and management of logistics costs Management of shipping operations, including bookings, shipping schedules, and bills of lading (B/L) Review and management of export-related documents, such as commercial invoices and packing lists Management of international logistics processes, including export customs clearance, inland transportation, and overseas delivery Inbound/outbound and inventory management for domestic logistics centers and overseas 3PLs Communication on logistics-related tasks with overseas subsidiaries, local partners, and buyers Management of order, delivery, and shipment schedules for each overseas client and response to logistics issues Identification of new forwarders, 3PLs, and transportation partners, and negotiation of freight rates and transaction terms Analysis of logistics costs and cost efficiency by country and client Management of existing overseas clients and support for sales expansion Overseas distribution of K-Beauty brands and identification of new B2B clients Collaboration with brand companies and internal sales and marketing teams to manage overseas Support for launch, promotion, and distribution operations

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in forwarding, international logistics, and import/export **Practical experience in maritime and air import/export operations** **Having worked directly with forwarders, shipping companies, airlines, and customs brokers** **Understanding of import/export procedures, Incoterms, and international transport processes** **Experience with trade and shipping documents such as Bills of Lading (B/L), Invoices, and Packing Lists** **Ability to communicate via email and business in English with overseas agents and clients** **Interested in client management and sales as well as logistics operations** **Ability to coordinate effectively with relevant departments and external partners**
