Job Description

• Register accommodation and experience products in Japanese rural areas and small towns on the Nolneunbeop platform in Korean and create detailed product pages. • Plan, produce, and distribute local Japanese regional, accommodation, and experience content through Korean social media channels. • Operate Nolneunbeop's Japanese channels (social media and blogs) and plan and produce content targeting Japanese customers. • Create and localize Japanese pages for Korean local experience products, and handle inquiries and reservations from Japanese customers. • Communicate with local accommodation and experience providers in Japan to organize product information and reservation conditions. • Handle practical reservation operations. (Reservation confirmation, changes, and cancellations; scheduling coordination with local partners and guides) • Participate in communication and meetings with Japanese partners and local governments. (Includes business trips to Korea and Japan)

Qualifications

• Japanese National — As this position requires native-level Japanese communication skills and on-site work experience in Japan, we are hiring only Japanese nationals. • Fluent in Korean (able to write and create content in Korean) • Currently residing in Korea and holding a visa that allows employment in Korea • Interest in and affection for regional and rural cultures in both Japan and Korea • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders

Preferred

• Experience in registering and managing products at travel agencies, OTAs, or accommodation platforms • Experience in planning and producing social media content, such as Instagram and blogs • Ability to shoot and edit photos and videos • Experience managing inbound or outbound travel products to Japan • Experience using collaboration tools such as Notion or Slack (team communication is mostly conducted online) • Ability to drive (business trips to Korea and Japan are frequent)
