JP Service Operations Manager

Job Description

• Participate in overall service operations, including policy formulation and management, as well as decision-making regarding user responses and communication. • Resolve customer issues and enhance service satisfaction through chat, email, and other channels. • Create and manage guidance content such as manuals and FAQs. • Collect and analyze Voice of Customer (VOC) to derive insights and propose functional and policy improvements aligned with the service's direction. • Manage the production ecosystem, including creator management, discovering new creators, and operating the academy. • Manage key exposure slots within the service, such as banners and recommended characters. • Perform the role of a Carapoo Service and Community CM, including event planning and operation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Japanese • Able to independently define, structure, and propose solutions to work problems • Meticulous and responsible, ensuring no detail is overlooked • Multitasking ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and manage priorities • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and users

Preferred

• Candidates with an understanding of character chat, games, and subculture in general • Candidates with experience managing communities such as Discord or online communities (Cafes) • Candidates with experience in service operations, such as CX Manager or Operator, or experience as a Game Manager (GM)
