Job Description

• Manage key creators to understand their works and activity status, and build long-term partnerships through continuous communication. • Manage original works and creators with high growth potential, and establish growth strategies and action plans for each project. • Plan and execute various IP Value-up projects to enhance the appeal and performance of works, such as thumbnails, videos, promotions, and content improvements. • Manage projects to expand IP into the Korean, Japanese, and global markets through translation, localization, and cross-platform distribution. • Manage IPs with high potential for expansion into external media, such as games and animations, and support communication with original creators and commercialization alongside Business Development. • Identify tasks to improve the platform's creator and original IP ecosystem based on feedback from creators and users, as well as performance data.

Qualifications

• Candidates with sufficient Japanese language skills to communicate smoothly with Japanese creators and external partners. • Candidates who understand the cultural context and nuances of Japanese content—such as dialogue, character traits, expression styles, and memes—and can evaluate them from a content perspective. • Candidates with a high level of understanding of the Japanese content market and user and creator culture. • Candidates capable of building relationships through continuous communication with numerous creators, communicating tailored to their individual needs and situations, and managing priorities effectively through multitasking. • Candidates who can identify growth opportunities for works and creators by utilizing both data and qualitative content evaluation. • Candidates with a strong interest in and understanding of AI Character Chat and new content formats.

Preferred

• Experience in editing, publishing, and creator management in the Japanese content market • Experience in localizing content from other cultures to suit the Japanese market • Experience in the content IP lifecycle, from discovery and growth to promotion and secondary commercialization • High understanding of subculture content and fandoms, such as webtoons, web novels, games, and animations • Experience using or creating AI character chats and an interest in the new creative ecosystem that AI Native content will generate
