Job Description

On-site Event Operations Support -Assist with overall on-site venue management, program operations, and logistical coordination. Youth Team Mentorship & Delegation Support -Serve as a group leader/mentor for domestic and international participants (ages 10–22), facilitating group activities and ensuring their safety and engagement. Interpretation & Cross-Cultural Communication -Facilitate smooth communication between participants, staff, and speakers (English ↔ Korean). Participant Guidance & Hospitality -Provide on-site registration support, directional guidance, and general hospitality for all attendees.

Qualifications

* International students or foreign residents currently living in South Korea (Valid visa holders) * Fluent or conversational in English * Proactive, responsible, and enthusiastic about global youth networking and cultural exchange * Available to participate on the event day(s) and attend mandatory pre-orientation

Preferred

* Basic or conversational Korean proficiency (Daily conversational level is a plus) * Prior experience in international conferences, global youth forums, MICE events, or voluntary services
