[What You Do] - Recruiting and collaborating with Italian influencers (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) - Planning guidelines for collaborative content with influencers - Managing and assisting with sponsorships for offline events - Identifying and managing local Italian influencers and PR agencies - Monitoring European beauty market and social media trends [These Are the Most Important Competencies] - Communication skills and the ability to harmonize to build active collaboration relationships both within and outside the team - Capabilities in planning and producing content that incorporates the characteristics of beauty brands in the European market and their selling points - A proactive attitude in analyzing market trends based on creative thinking - A sense of responsibility to see assigned tasks through to completion with a proactive approach

Qualifications

- Prospective graduates or graduates of a 4-year bachelor's degree program - Proficient in English or Italian communication - Possesses an understanding of the European market and consumer characteristics - Has an interest in European beauty content and influencer marketing - Has no disqualifying factors for continued employment upon conversion to a regular position after the internship ends - For foreign nationals, the following requirements must be met: 1) Holders of an F visa or those meeting the eligibility requirements for an employment visa 2) Able to perform practical tasks in Korean, such as writing reports and attending meetings with relevant departments 3) Has no disqualifying factors for visa issuance for overseas business trips
