Job Description

We are a company operating a system that enables Sri Lankan workers in Korea to file tax returns and apply for refunds. We handle customer inquiries and document reviews during this process. All consultations are inbound. The duties involve providing consultation via Facebook Messenger or phone inquiries.

Qualifications

Sri Lankan language proficiency is mandatory. Korean language proficiency equivalent to TOPIK Level 5 or higher is required. *All consultations may be conducted in Sri Lankan, but some communication with internal staff is required (e.g., training). Work visas such as F-2, F-5, and F-6 are accepted. G-1 and D-10 visas are also acceptable, but applicants must be able to change to an F-2 visa or higher in the future. (Applicants must be able to achieve a score of 80 or higher to qualify for an F-2 visa change.)

- Commuting to Ansan is scheduled to begin in late October. - Remote work will be conducted for the month of October (approximately 5 hours). - Candidates selected for an interview will be contacted individually after resume submission. - 2-month probationary period. - Monthly incentive system applied in addition to base salary (highest level in the industry).
