Job Description

• Entry into B.Nature's Chinese sales and marketing channels (Tmall, JD.com, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, etc.) Overseeing operations from preparation to overall management • Managing operations and launches on major Chinese e-commerce platforms • Planning and executing marketing and promotion schedules by channel, and leading close collaboration with local TPs, vendors, and MCNs • Responsible for placing product orders targeting the Chinese market, monitoring sales trends, and managing inventory • Planning live commerce and KOL/influencer marketing strategies, and analyzing and managing sales data • Establishing strategies for new channel expansion and scale-up based on analysis of local market and consumer trends

Qualifications

• Candidates with at least 3 years of experience leading the entire process from launch (preparation) to operation on major Chinese e-commerce platforms (Tmall, JD.com, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, etc.) • Holders of a Bachelor's degree or higher (any major required) • Proficient in business communication in Chinese (required) • High understanding of sales in China for healthcare, health supplements, or beauty e-commerce • Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, etc.)

• Candidates with successful experience in marketing and live commerce utilizing local KOL and influencer networks in China • Candidates with practical experience in Chinese e-commerce product registration, order processing, settlement, and advertising operations • Candidates possessing specialized knowledge and practical experience in import/export customs clearance for China, local logistics center operations (bonded zones/general logistics), and SCM (Supply Chain Management) processes • Candidates with successful experience in marketing and live commerce utilizing local KOL and influencer networks in China • Candidates with a high level of understanding and interest in the Chinese healthcare/wellness market and social media content trends • Candidates with exceptional problem-solving capabilities to design and implement alternatives to produce results even under constraints • Candidates with excellent communication skills with relevant internal departments and external partners
