Job Description

We operate a system that enables Thai workers in Korea to file tax returns and apply for refunds. During this process, we handle customer inquiries and review documents. All consultations are inbound. The role involves providing consultation via Facebook Messenger or phone inquiries.

Qualifications

Thai language proficiency required Korean language proficiency equivalent to TOPIK Level 5 or higher required - All consultations may be conducted in Thai, but communication with internal staff is necessary (e.g., CRM training) Holders of work-eligible visas such as F-2, F-5, or F-6 G-1 and D-10 visas are also acceptable, but applicants must be able to change to an F-2 visa or higher in the future (Applicants must be able to achieve a score of 80 or higher to qualify for an F-2 visa change)
