1. Kitchen Assistant Ingredient Pre-processing and Preparation: Trimming vegetables, washing freshwater snails and main ingredients, preparing basic side dish settings Cooking Assistant: Setting up stews and seasonings, serving food in earthenware pots and tableware Hygiene and Dishwashing: Operating dishwashers, organizing kitchen equipment, and maintaining cleanliness within the kitchen 2. Hall Serving and Store Management Customer Service and Order Taking: Greeting guests, explaining the menu, and taking orders Table Setting and Serving: Setting the table for basic side dishes and main courses, assisting with refills of additional side dishes Table Clearing and Store Cleaning: Clearing tables after clearing dishes, maintaining cleanliness of the hall floor and dining area

Qualifications

Gender/Age: Irrelevant Education: Irrelevant Experience: Entry-level / No experience required (Beginners welcome) Able to obtain (or have a health certificate pending) Living nearby or able to commute by private vehicle or public transportation

Preferred

Candidates with experience in restaurant or Korean restaurant operations (kitchen/hall) Candidates capable of long-term employment Diligent, well-groomed, and have a bright demeanor Preference given to local residents and those with a driver's license
