•Find viral trends and explain them Track what's working in U.S. pet content weekly. Break down the hook, the first three seconds, the pacing, the format, the audio, the comment section. Tell us why it worked and what we could borrow. •Analyze content and spot talent Watch creator content and judge it — who can shoot, who can write a hook, who has a voice people trust. Find emerging accounts with real potential before their follower count catches up. •Bring creative ideas Pitch concepts, hooks, and formats for our own content and for creator briefs. Ideas are the main deliverable here, not a bonus. •Support creator recruiting and seeding Reach out to U.S. creators on TikTok and Instagram, handle seeding logistics, and follow up on deliverables. •Help track performance Keep the creator and campaign pipeline organized. Watch views, engagement, clicks, and affiliate sales, and share what's working and what isn't.

Qualifications

•Send us your résumé plus two U.S. videos that went viral in the last few months — pet content or not — and a short paragraph on each explaining why you think it worked. Then name one creator under 50K followers you think is going to be big, and tell us why. We'd rather read that than a cover letter.

• You spend way too much time on TikTok and actually pay attention to why certain videos take off • You save videos you like and can say what made them work • You notice trends, hooks, formats, and interesting creators before your friends do • You've made content yourself, even casually • You care about results, not just how many creators you contacted
