Job Description
* Management of in-house PCs and computer systems * Windows installation and program installation/configuration * Inspection and maintenance of computers and peripherals * Management of in-house IT systems and networks * Management of ERP / CRM systems and user support * Inquiries and troubleshooting regarding ERP / CRM program usage * Response to employee PC and IT-related issues * Other in-house IT-related tasks
Qualifications
* Basic understanding of computers and IT systems * Ability to install Windows and configure a PC * Experience using and managing ERP / CRM systems preferred * Relevant experience preferred * Korean Language Proficiency Test (TOPIK) Level 4 or higher * Licensed driver and able to drive
