Job Description

[Role & Responsibilities] 1. Paid Advertising Management Plan, set up, execute, and analyze paid campaigns on platforms such as Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Conduct A/B tests and optimize targeting to improve campaign performance 2. Social Media Strategy & Management Manage and grow our official social channels (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) Plan, create, and publish engaging content for daily account operations Develop trend-driven concepts for both short-form and long-form videos 3. Video Production & On-Camera Presence Plan and shoot promotional and advertising videos featuring our services Appear on camera to build a friendly, reliable brand presence (must be comfortable showing your face) Perform basic video editing tasks such as cutting clips and adding captions

Qualifications

[Qualifications (Minimum 2 Years of Experience)] 1. Native-level English proficiency 2. At least 2 years of hands-on experience operating or executing paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) 3. At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing SNS platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) 4. Comfortable appearing in videos and actively creating content 5. Basic filming and editing skills (e.g., CapCut) 6. Living in Seoul
