Job Description

• Visit participating company booths within the exhibition hall, distribute brochures, and introduce our services to support entry into the Indian market • Identify company representatives, overseas business and export decision-makers, and managers interested in entering the Indian market • Guide interested company representatives to our booth and connect them with the Korea Team for consultation • Record basic information and interests of the consulting companies on the designated form • Other necessary on-site promotional activities - Workday: Available dates between November 4 (Wed) and 7 (Sat), at least one day - Refer to our website: https://www.cactusglobal.co.kr/

Qualifications

• Someone who has no difficulty directly approaching and initiating conversations with people they meet for the first time • Someone who can smoothly introduce services to domestic company representatives in Korean • Someone who accurately understands the job responsibilities and performs them responsibly • Someone who can attend scheduled workdays without no-shows • Someone with experience living, studying, or working in India or South Asia • For foreign nationals, someone holding a residence status that allows for short-term work in Korea

• Candidates with an understanding of India's culture, market, and business environment • Candidates with experience living, studying, or working in India • Candidates fluent in English or Hindi • Candidates with experience in trade fair operations, B2B promotion, or sales support • Candidates capable of assessing the other party's role and interests and connecting them with the appropriate contact person

Work Period: Available schedules between November 4 (Wed) and 7 (Sat) can be discussed in advance. Working Hours: 10:00–18:00 / 60-minute break Salary: Daily wage 160,000 KRW (Actual payment will be made after deducting relevant taxes) • Separate Performance Incentive: An additional 10,000 KRW will be paid per case falling under the following two categories: ① When a decision-maker, such as a representative or overseas sales manager of a participating company, shows interest in the service and requests further consultation, leading to the on-site staff being called in for a meeting. ② When a participating company completes an online consultation request form on-site.
