[Introducing the Growth Group 1 team] We are seeking a candidate who brings a strong sense of ownership over customer relationships, a proactive and results-driven mindset, and the drive to grow together with SentBe. Positioned at the front line of SentBe's service, this role maintains close, ongoing communication with customers and takes ownership of proactively managing and growing those relationships. It goes beyond responding to inquiries through calls, chat, and email — anticipating customer needs and turning that understanding into meaningful recommendations and solutions, while also shaping the processes and policies behind a great customer experience. [Position Information] • Department: Growth Group Team 1 • Employment Type: Contract (6 months, 40 hours per week) • Location: ONE CENTINEL, 70 Yeouidae-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul (5-minute walk from Yeouido Station) [Tech Stack & Tools Used] • Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack [Responsibilities Upon Joining] • Supporting Vietnamese customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media chat • Collecting and analyzing VoC to improve customer satisfaction • Monitoring user accounts as well as transactions requiring special investigation • Communicating with the company's partner to resolve unresolved transactions

Qualifications
