Job Description

### Key Responsibilities 1. Assist with brainstorming creative content ideas and concepts 2. Support content planning and develop ideas based on current social media trends 3. Assist with creating, filming, editing, and managing social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms 4. Research current social media, fashion, and cultural trends and proactively suggest relevant content ideas 5. Appear in brand content when needed, including Reels, TikToks, and other short-form videos 6. Occasionally model TETEROT products for social media and marketing content - Must be comfortable trying on, styling, and changing into multiple outfits during content shoots - Should be enthusiastic about showcasing different products and looks, rather than being hesitant about frequent outfit changes 7. Assist with on-site content shoots and other marketing-related projects as needed ### What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is creative, flexible, open-minded, and proactive. You should be comfortable trying new ideas, experimenting with different types of content, and adapting to different roles during a shoot. Since this is a hands-on content creation role, we’re looking for someone who is comfortable being in front of the camera and actively participating in shoots. This may include trying on and styling multiple outfits, changing looks several times during a shoot, and enthusiastically showcasing a variety of TETEROT products. We value someone who is willing to jump in, take initiative, and contribute wherever needed rather than waiting for detailed instructions for every task.

Qualifications

1. Strong understanding of social media content and trends, especially Instagram and TikTok 2. Comfortable filming content independently, including appearing on camera when needed 3. Bright, outgoing, enthusiastic, optimistic, and proactive attitude 4. Strong interest in fashion, Korean culture, social media, and content creation 5. Basic understanding of Google Analytics and social media performance metrics 6. Comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, and actively communicating with the team 7. Able to work independently and take initiative without requiring detailed guidelines or step-by-step instructions 8. Able to contribute new content ideas and proactively suggest trends, concepts, or improvements

Preferred

1. Experience living or studying abroad in the US/Canada/Europe 2. Experience in content creation or social media 3. Video editing skills (Capcut, Edits, etc) 4. Fit and comfortable appearing on camera
