Key Responsibilities **Creator Sales:** Discover Japanese creators and propose them to join 3HA. **Onboarding and Activation:** Guide and support newly joined creators to generate their first revenue. **Building the Local Community:** Establish and expand relationships with Japanese creators. **Sharing Market Insights:** Communicate feedback from Japanese creators and the market to headquarters. **Collaborating with Headquarters:** Communicate with the Korean headquarters team in Korean to jointly develop operations in Japan.

Qualifications

Qualifications **Native-level Japanese proficiency and ability to communicate professionally in Korean** **Currently residing in Japan or able to work in Japan** **Enjoy meeting people in person to make proposals and persuade them** **Understanding of Japan's social media and creator ecosystem** **Someone who resonates with the 5 principles of "Three Hours Ago" and can demonstrate them through action**
