Job Description

- Establishment of Bionet's global marketing strategy and annual marketing plan, budget formulation, and execution management - Selection, contracting, retainer management, and performance management of marketing agencies (outsourced vendors) - Preparation of briefs for agencies, inspection of deliverables, and schedule and quality management - Overall management of the website (Korean/English) and social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) - Planning and production management of marketing materials such as product catalogs, brochures, product videos, and presentations - Marketing planning for new product launches (patient monitors, electrocardiographs, fetal monitors, wireless ultrasound, animal monitors) - Booth planning, production of promotional materials, and pre-launch promotion for overseas exhibitions (MEDICA, WHX Dubai, etc.) - Provision of marketing support kits to overseas distributors and planning of joint marketing - Setting, analyzing, and writing monthly reports on digital marketing performance indicators (KPIs) - Collaboration with the sales team to establish lead generation and sales linkage processes - Monitoring competitor activities and market trends

Qualifications

- At least 7 years of practical marketing experience (B2B marketing experience required) - Experience in directly selecting, contracting with, and managing marketing agencies or outsourcing firms - Experience in establishing annual marketing plans and managing budgets - Experience in operating digital channels (websites, social media, etc.) and analyzing performance - Ability to judge the quality of marketing deliverables (copy, design, video) and provide feedback - Proficiency in business communication in English (reviewing English documents, communicating with overseas partners via email and video conference) - Communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with relevant departments such as sales, development, and regulatory affairs - Holder of a valid visa allowing employment in Korea - No disqualifications for overseas business trips

- Marketing experience in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors - Experience in global marketing targeting overseas markets or marketing for export companies - Experience in client management from a marketing agency (AE) background - Experience in planning and operating international trade shows - Experience managing B2B digital advertising using LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc. - Experience using GA4 and CRM (ZOHO, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) - Native-level English proficiency or proficiency in a second foreign language - Understanding of medical device advertising regulations and international regulations (CE MDR, etc.) - Experience reporting marketing performance linked to sales and lead metrics
