• Technical review and engineering of submarine cable laying, burial, connection, and protection processes • Technical support and execution of improvement tasks related to construction equipment and vessel operations Since starting submarine telecommunications cable construction in 1995, LS Marine Solution has been carrying out the construction and maintenance of submarine power and telecommunications cables, offshore wind and solar integration, and Offshore projects. • Vessel Boarding Requirements and Working Conditions - Varies depending on the vessel schedule upon boarding - As this is a recruitment for maritime crew members, onboard boarding is mandatory - Approximately 180–200 days of onboard work per year (for regular employees) - Verification of onboard boarding requirements during the internship period is required Overtime/holiday work allowances and paid leave allowances are provided separately upon boarding.

Qualifications

• Required Major and Education: - Major: Science and engineering fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, etc. - Education: University graduates or prospective graduates • Experience Requirements: Entry-level candidates welcome; experience on board (large vessels) preferred • Korean Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate professionally at a practical TOPIK Level 5 level • English Proficiency: Proficient in English (TOEIC Speaking score of 150 or higher preferred) • Preferred Nationality: No restrictions • Eligible Visas: D-10 visa for the internship period; E-7 visa available upon conversion to a permanent position • Other Required Certifications and Skills: None
