Job Description

- Planning and production of advertising content targeting the Japanese market - Review of advertising materials (images/videos/copy) from the perspective of Japanese consumers - Deriving insights through monitoring Japanese trends and competitors - Proposing creative improvements and A/B test ideas based on performance data - Planning expressions, visuals, and content composition that resonate naturally with Japanese consumers

Qualifications

- Graduates (or prospective graduates) of domestic or international 4-year universities - Fluent in Japanese communication (Japanese nationals preferred) - Familiar with Japanese social media and e-commerce content (Qoo10, Rakuten) and experience in producing Reels or card news - Experience working at a local creative agency or content production company in Japan - Ability to collaborate seamlessly with various professional teams - Interest in Instagram feed composition and Reels production - For Japanese nationals, possess a visa allowing employment in Korea or meet the visa requirements (visa application support system available) - Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience

Preferred

- For Korean applicants, experience residing in Japan (at least 10 years) - Experience in Japanese e-commerce or advertising/marketing - Ability to submit a portfolio of creative works personally planned or produced - Understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Meta, Yahoo, and LINE - Experience using design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
