Job Description

<Main Responsibilities> - MD operations and sales management for Japanese online channels (Qoo10/Rakuten/Amazon Japan) - Monitoring Japanese market trends and competitors, and planning MD strategies - Supporting compliance with Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare regulatory certifications for inner beauty products - Establishing sales strategies linked to local Japanese influencer marketing campaigns <Secondary Responsibilities> - Pioneering new entry into Japanese offline channels (drugstores/Loft/variety shops) - Managing local Japanese agencies and partners, and establishing collaboration strategies

Qualifications

- Over 7 years of experience in overseas sales or merchandising for beauty, inner beauty, or health supplements - Experience directly managing Japanese distribution channels (Qoo10, Rakuten, drugstores, etc.) - Japanese nationals residing in Korea are welcome (Korean language proficiency required)

Preferred

- Practical experience with certification by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for inner beauty and health functional foods - Possession of a network of local buyers and agencies in Japan - Experience in planning and operating Qoo10 Mega Ware/Mega Sale events
