Global Patient Coordinator (English) – BGN Bright Eye Clinic Location: 11F, Lotte World Tower, Jamsil, Seoul Employment Type: Decision on conversion to permanent position after a 3-month probationary period (E-7 visa sponsorship available) 📋 Key Duties • Inquiry Management: Act as the primary contact person via phone, WhatsApp, and email. • Medical Interpretation: Provide high-quality medical interpretation (Korean ↔ English) during examinations and surgeries. (Proficient in Russian preferred) • Content and Review Management: Persuade satisfied patients to participate in video testimonials, and conduct and film interviews. • Post-Surgery Care: Provide detailed post-operative guidance and follow-up care communication. ✅ Qualifications • Language: Fluency in both English and Korean is mandatory. • Skills: Professional telephone etiquette, persuasive communication skills, and proficiency in conducting video interviews are required. • Visa: Must be eligible for E-7 visa sponsorship (Bachelor's degree + meeting relevant qualification requirements). • Preferred Qualifications: Fluency in Russian is preferred. ⏰ Work Schedule • Work Days: 5 days a week (Saturday work is mandatory) • Fixed Days Off: Every Wednesday and Sunday • Work Location: 11F, Lotte World Tower (Directly connected to Jamsil Station) 💡 Recruitment Process • Stage 1: Document Screening • Stage 2: 1st Interview - Practical Skills and Language Test • Stage 3: 2nd Interview • Stage 4: Final Acceptance and Job Offer

Qualifications
