Job Description

- Identifying new restaurants and food service brands in the Seoul area - Proposing platform entry to franchisees, negotiating contracts, and onboarding - Registering menus and negotiating pricing, promotions, and operating conditions - Monitoring sales, orders, cancellations, and operational status of existing franchisees - Improving inactive franchisees and managing long-term inactive franchisees - Researching information on restaurants and competitor platforms by commercial district - Communicating franchisee requests and on-site issues to internal operations, marketing, delivery, and customer service teams - Recording sales activities and franchisee consultation details in CRM or management charts - Reporting weekly and monthly sales performance and key issues

Qualifications

- Candidates with native-level Chinese communication skills - Candidates capable of consulting with franchisees, negotiating, making phone calls, and reporting business in Korean - Candidates holding a valid residency status allowing for regular employment in Korea - Candidates capable of fieldwork and restaurant visits within the Seoul area - Candidates capable of proactively executing tasks according to goals and schedules - Candidates capable of basic data organization using Excel or AI - Candidates capable of communicating smoothly with franchisees and relevant internal departments * Preference will be given to candidates holding TOPIK Level 5 or higher, but actual business Korean proficiency will be evaluated first.

- Experience related to delivery platforms, O2O platforms, the food service industry, or franchises - Experience in B2B sales, franchise sales, or sales management - Understanding of Chinese restaurants and dining markets in Korea - Experience managing new franchisees from initial recruitment to post-launch activation - Experience analyzing sales and operational data, such as orders, conversion rates, cancellation rates, and revenue - Licensed driver
