We are looking for a Concierge Manager to oversee the entire medical tourism journey to Korea for clients from Taiwan. This role involves working from home with no fixed office hours, and accompanying clients only during their visits to Korea. Qualifications

• Native speaker or equivalent proficiency in Chinese (Taiwanese Mandarin); proficient in Traditional Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing. • Able to communicate professionally in Korean (TOPIK Level 4 or higher, or equivalent). • Holds a valid visa allowing employment in Korea (F-2, F-5, F-6, H-1, etc.). For D-2 (Student) visa holders, working within permitted hours is allowed if a part-time work permit has been obtained. • Able to accompany clients on weekends and public holidays to accommodate their visit schedule. • Resides in Seoul, Gyeonggi, or Incheon (able to accompany clients to airports and hospitals). • Proficient in managing official LINE accounts and using basic work tools such as Google Docs and Sheets.

• Employment Type: Permanent (indefinite employment contract), 3-month probationary period. Final hiring will be confirmed following an evaluation at the end of the probationary period. • Salary: 2.5 million to 3 million KRW per month (pre-tax, based on full-time employment, determined by competency and experience). For those eligible for part-time work permits, the salary is calculated proportionally to working hours. • Working Hours: Within the legal working hour limit; specific time slots will be provided during the interview. Compensatory time off or additional compensation will be provided for accompanying staff on weekends and public holidays. • Reimbursement of actual transportation and communication expenses. • Visa: Visa sponsorship (E-7, etc.) is not provided.
