- Simulation using electromagnetic field and thermal/stress analysis software - Review of high-voltage insulation performance design and structural optimization - Participation in prototype manufacturing - Support for electrical material performance evaluation and reliability testing - Collection of test data, statistical analysis, and report writing - Feasibility Study Analysis (FMEA) and proposal of quality improvement ideas - Research and mapping of domestic and international technical standards (IEC, IEEE, etc.) - Support for technical collaboration and communication with related departments This is a recruitment-linked internship researching high-voltage transmission and distribution cables at the Power Transmission & Distribution Research Group of LS Cable & System's Power Research Institute. You can apply your master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Science.

Qualifications

- Education: Master's degree or higher | Major: Electrical, Electronics & Computer Engineering - Language Proficiency: Korean TOPIK Level 3 or higher / English TOEIC 700 or higher, or TOEIC Speaking or OPIc IM2 or higher - Knowledge of Electrical Engineering - Experience in R&D or product development, or equivalent research capabilities - Attitude toward quickly mastering analysis programs and measurement equipment, and a willingness to apply theoretical knowledge to practical CAE and design - Tenacity to trace the cause of test failures based on data, and an attitude of objectively documenting results and honestly sharing errors - Strict adherence to safety protocols for high-voltage and high-current testing
