Job Description

- Participation in the entire development cycle of communication products, from requirements definition to design, prototyping, testing and analysis, and commercialization - Design and development of fiber optic and cable structures and components, as well as performance optimization - Development and verification of connectivity technologies for data centers - Identification of new product opportunities and support for establishing technology roadmaps - Testing, analysis, and improvement of reliability, optical/electrical characteristics, and environmental/mechanical performance - Collaboration with production, quality, purchasing, business units, and overseas affiliates, and preparation of development documents (specifications, test reports, etc.) This is a recruitment-linked internship at the LS Cable & System Communication Research Institute, where you will develop fiber optic and cable products. You will be able to apply your master's degree skills in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Science to the entire development cycle.

Qualifications

- Education: Master's degree or higher | Major: Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science - Language Proficiency: Korean TOPIK Level 3 or higher / English TOEIC 700 or higher, or TOEIC Speaking or OPIc IM2 or higher - Understanding of fundamental engineering theories (Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical/Materials, etc.) and the latest research trends in related fields - Experience in R&D or product development, or equivalent research capabilities - Logical analysis skills, proactive problem-solving spirit, responsibility, adherence to research ethics and laws, creative thinking, and a collaborative attitude

Preferred

- Experience in presenting papers or producing deliverables related to your major - Experience using consoles, FiberCAD, CAD, etc.
