Job Description

- Participation in product development for telecommunications optical cable products, from design and prototyping to testing, analysis, and commercialization - Design and development of optical cable structures and components, and performance optimization - Development and verification of connectivity technologies for data centers - Support for identifying new optical cable product opportunities, defining requirements, and establishing technology roadmaps - Testing and analysis of reliability, environmental, and mechanical performance, as well as root cause analysis and corrective actions - Collaboration with relevant departments at headquarters, and management of development issues and documents - Preparation of development deliverables (specifications, test reports, design review materials) Intern developing telecommunications optical cable products at LSCP, LS Cable & System's Polish subsidiary. Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher | Major: Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science - Language: Korean proficiency of TOPIK Level 3 or above / English proficiency of TOEIC 700 or above, or TOEIC Speaking / OPIc IM2 or above - Understanding of fundamental engineering theories (Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical/Materials, etc.) and the latest research trends in related fields - Experience in R&D or product development, or equivalent research capabilities - Logical analysis skills, proactive problem-solving spirit, responsibility, adherence to research ethics and laws, creative thinking, and a collaborative attitude

Preferred

- Experience presenting papers or producing deliverables related to the major - Candidate who can complete a 3–6 month internship at the Gumi worksite - Preferred country: Poland
