We need someone with a true viral sense—you know exactly how to grab attention in the first 1 seconds and keep people watching. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Create Content Daily: Produce engaging video content for TikTok Shop and TikTok Organic/IG Reels on a daily basis. (We don't use your personal accounts!) ✅ High-Speed Execution: We move superfast (faster than standard 8282 Korean companies). You must be adaptable, quick on your feet, and ready to execute. ✅ Team Collaboration: Work in a fully English-speaking environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications ✔️ Attention Master: You understand the psychology of "viral" and can replicate it. ✔️ No "NPCs": You need a real personality. If you’re afraid to be controversial or funny, this role may not a good fit. ✔️ Coachable: You have a strong work ethic and can put your ego aside to focus on performance data. Work Conditions: ➡️ Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Monthly Contract). ➡️ Commitment: Minimum 15 hours per week. ➡️ Location: Must commute to our office in Itaewon (In-house work is required).
