Job Description

• Operation of TikTok Shops in the US and Europe and product management • Planning and execution of promotions and seasonal campaigns • Operation of GMV Max ads and analysis of sales and ad performance • Improvement of sales strategies, including product detail pages, pricing, and bundles, through analysis of competitors, trends, and customer responses

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, online merchandising, or platform operations • At least 6 months of experience operating a TikTok Shop • Fluent in business communication in English • Able to analyze sales and advertising data and identify areas for improvement using tools such as Excel and Google Sheets • High interest in beauty and global e-commerce trends, and the ability to proactively respond to the changing channel environment

Preferred

• Experience in operating global e-commerce channels for beauty and consumer goods brands • Experience in commerce or marketing targeting the US and European markets
