1. Global Sales & Business Development (Fashion & Cosmetics) - Establishment and execution of sales strategies for overseas markets including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other Southeast Asian regions - Operation of global e-commerce platforms and sales management - Tmall (China) - Taobao (China) - Xiaohongshu (China) - Douyin (China) - TikTok (Global) - Identification and management of overseas buyers and partners - Planning of country-specific sales strategies and promotions - Analysis of overseas sales and establishment of business expansion strategies 2. Global Marketing - Management of Xiaohongshu content and KOL/KOCs - Planning and execution of MCN and influencer collaborations - Operation of social media marketing and digital campaigns (Insta/FB #Meta-based) - Establishment of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness - Analysis of overseas market trends and competitors - Analysis of advertising performance and marketing efficiency Improvements 3. Overseas Operations - Overseas platform operation and product listing management - Sales data analysis and operational strategy formulation - Support for overseas logistics and supply chain operations - Communication with overseas business partners

Qualifications

University degree or higher Experience in overseas business for fashion or cosmetic brands Proficiency in Chinese for business communication (required) Both Koreans and foreign nationals welcome to apply Excellent proficiency in MOS High understanding of overseas markets and global business Skills in smooth communication and collaboration

Experienced in the overseas business division of a fashion brand Experienced in the overseas business division of a cosmetics brand Experience in operating in the Chinese or Southeast Asian markets Practical experience in import/export and customs clearance (Fashion & Cosmetics) Experience in operating Chinese platforms (Tmall, Taobao, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.) Experience in MCN, KOL, and influencer marketing English proficiency Excellent data analysis skills Able to travel overseas
