Job Description

We are a photography studio located in Hongdae, providing a special K-Beauty & Photography experience to a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on international customers. We are recruiting a Customer Consultation, Reservation, and Store Operations Manager who will work happily with us to create great experiences for our customers. * Responding to customer reservation inquiries and consultations * Communicating with customers via online DMs, messengers, etc. * Managing reservation schedules and recording schedules * Providing basic information regarding services and pricing * Greeting visiting customers and guiding them on-site * Providing initial responses to customer inconveniences or issues * Organizing the store environment and basic store management * Other tasks necessary for studio operations

Qualifications

* No educational or professional experience required * Entry-level applicants welcome * Able to handle online and offline customer inquiries in both Korean and English * Able to communicate comfortably with international customers * Possess a bright and friendly service mindset * Able to perform tasks meticulously and responsibly * Proficient in basic PC and online tasks

Preferred

* Proficient in Chinese or Japanese * Experience in customer service in English or other foreign languages * Experience in the photography studio, beauty, hotel, tourism, or service industries * Experience in handling foreign customers * Experience in reservation management and customer service
