Job Description

- On-site promotion duties for the MEDAVITA Pop-up Store at Shinsegae Department Store, Gangnam Branch - Distributing leaflets to customers around the pop-up zone and encouraging visits - Customer service and providing brief information about the brand and products - Supporting on-site sales and promotion operations - Simple on-site support tasks necessary for pop-up store operations

Qualifications

- Foreign Applicants - Able to handle customer inquiries and communicate smoothly with on-site staff in Korean - Able to approach customers in a bright and proactive manner - Able to work all 3 days from November 6 (Fri) to November 8 (Sun), 2026 - Able to faithfully adhere to appointment times and work schedules ** Must hold a valid residence status in Korea that permits this work

Preferred

- Experience working at beauty brand pop-up stores or department store events - Experience distributing leaflets and on-site promotions - Experience in customer service or sales for hair, beauty, or cosmetics brands - Fluent in Korean - Confident in on-site customer service with a bright and proactive personality - Able to work the full 3-day schedule
