Job Description

We are preparing a one-year Taiwan KOL Brand Ambassador program in collaboration with a renowned Korean beauty distribution channel. Approximately 100 KOLs will participate, and around 200 pieces of social media content are scheduled to be produced monthly. We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) who will proactively manage the overall project and operate the program stably alongside the team. 1. Project Management: Plan and execute monthly operational processes, and manage schedules, progress, and content quality to ensure the project runs smoothly. 2. Team Leadership: Distribute tasks within the execution team and lead collaboration; manage daily communication with KOLs, content upload status, and data retrieval. 3. KOL Review and Selection: Participate in the KOL recruitment process and review and select candidates based on account data, content quality, and brand suitability. 4. KOL Management: Resolve KOL inquiries and issues (Q&A) during the collaboration period, manage content upload schedules and quality, and handle participant replacements and the recruitment of substitutes. 5. Content Review: Verify that content produced by KOLs complies with brand guidelines and regulations regarding cosmetics advertising. 6. Client Communication: Identify client requirements and propose implementation plans, and regularly prepare monthly reports and performance analysis data. 7. Event Management: Support the planning and execution of online and offline events, such as brand launches and KOL networking gatherings. 8. Risk Response: Provide an initial assessment and response to unexpected situations, such as KOL-related issues or shipping problems.

Qualifications

- At least 3 years of experience in project management, marketing, or KOL/influencer related work - Experience in team leadership, capable of delegating tasks and taking responsibility for results - Strong sense of ownership: Someone who can proactively find and implement solutions rather than waiting for instructions when problems arise - Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of communicating smoothly with clients, KOLs, and internal teams - Meticulous and systematic, capable of simultaneously managing the progress of multiple KOLs and content - High understanding of major social media platforms such as Instagram and Threads - Proficient in organizing lists and data using Google Sheets or Excel - Self-directed work in a remote environment, and comfortable with communication and sharing work progress using online tools

- Experience working at a PR agency or marketing agency - Experience managing large-scale KOL collaborations, brand ambassador programs, or seeding projects - Strong interest in or knowledge of the beauty industry and K-Beauty
