Job Description

- Establishment and operation of global marketing strategies for plastic surgery targeting English-speaking and Russian-speaking regions - Planning and operation of online advertising and marketing campaigns to attract overseas target customers - Planning and operation of plastic surgery-related promotions and events - Planning and management of content for global social media channels - Conducting collaborative marketing with overseas influencers - Planning and management of content for English and Russian websites and landing pages - Research and analysis of overseas plastic surgery market trends and competitor marketing - Performance analysis by marketing channel and management of traffic, booking, and revenue data - Improvement of booking conversion rates for English-speaking and Russian-speaking customers - Document translation and localization of marketing content (including English and Russian copywriting)

Qualifications

At least 3 years of relevant experience (experience in plastic surgery marketing required) Fluent in English and Russian For foreign nationals, TOPIK Level 4 or higher Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.) Possess excellent communication skills
