QuarterFull is seeking partners to discover Taiwanese authors and collaborate on new original works. This position requires familiarity with Taiwanese novels, readers, and the creative community, as well as the ability to work with the Korean team. https://story.quarterfull.io/ 【Job Responsibilities】 1. Research Taiwanese novel platforms, creative communities, and publishing media to identify potential collaborators. 2. Read works, observe reader reactions, and review public information to compile reasons for recommendations. 3. Confirm official contact channels, draft collaboration proposals for individual authors, and proactively contact them. 4. Manage responses and follow-up, and share collaboration progress with the Korean team. 5. Record survey results, contact records, and progress. 【Work Conditions】 Full-time, Monday to Friday, must be based at the office in Pangyo, Korea. Start work before 11:30 AM. While working full-time, you have the flexibility to arrange your own work schedule and end time. Actual work hours are flexible and not the fixed start and end times listed in the work hours section. Location: FastFive, B1, 660 Daewangbangyo-ro, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do. Annual salary: 40,000,000 KRW (before tax), negotiable after interview based on experience and ability. Assistance with work visa application is available, subject to relevant qualifications and review requirements. 【Selection Process】 During the written review period, some applicants will be invited for approximately 30 minutes of online communication (Coffee Chat); based on the application materials and the content of the communication, candidates will be evaluated for in-person interviews and notified individually.

Qualifications

• Able to write business documents in natural and appropriate Traditional Chinese. • Familiar with Taiwanese culture, novels, readers, and creative communities. • Able to participate in meetings, write reports, and discuss work with colleagues in Korean. • Non-native Korean speakers must have obtained TOPIK level 6; practical Korean work skills will also be verified. • Able to independently collect information, explain the basis for judgments, and be responsible for follow-up. • Able to work full-time in the Pangyo office in Korea.

Preferred

Candidates whose native language is Mandarin and who have a deep understanding of Taiwanese culture and readers will be given priority. Experience of living, studying, or working in Taiwan for an extended period is also an important evaluation criterion. Experience in publishing, author engagement, content development, business or partnership negotiations is welcome; however, candidates without relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
