Hello, this is the Renight team! Renight is a mobile app service designed to help users around the world get better sleep. We are currently producing various advertising content targeting the Japanese market and are recruiting freelancers to translate and review content planning documents and ad copy written in Korean into natural-sounding Japanese. We are looking for someone who can refine expressions to fit the local Japanese language and culture, rather than simply providing a literal translation, and who can accurately convey the intent of the content. [About Renight] Renight is a sleep management app that is growing in global markets, starting with Korea and expanding to Japan, Taiwan, and the United States. - Achieved over 80% of revenue from Japan within 1.5 years of entering the Japanese market - Ranked #1 in the Health & Fitness category on the Taiwan App Store within 4 months of entering the market - Over 2.5 million cumulative global downloads We are currently producing various short-form advertising content in collaboration with local Japanese creators. [Key Responsibilities] - Translation of Korean UGC video proposals and creator guidelines into Japanese - Translation and localization of ad copy tailored to local Japanese users - Review of Japanese video subtitles and narration - Feedback on natural expression and cultural appropriateness of content

Qualifications

- Native Japanese speaker - Able to accurately understand and translate Korean content (TOPIK Level 5–6) - Possess strong Japanese writing skills and natural expression - Able to communicate smoothly online and adhere to schedules

- Experience in translating and localizing advertising and marketing content - Understanding of social media, UGC, and short-form video content - Experience collaborating with Japanese creators or influencers

[Work and Contract Conditions] - Contract Type: Freelance Outsourcing Contract - Work Style: 100% Remote Work (Residents of Korea and Japan are eligible to apply) - Working Hours: Flexible - Workload: Approximately 10 content translations and additional proofreading tasks per week - Work Schedule: Per-project request and deadline negotiation - Remuneration: Paid per project (Estimated monthly fee: approximately 500,000 KRW, subject to change based on actual workload) - Settlement: Payment made the following month following settlement at the end of each month ※ Detailed work scope, unit prices, and contract terms will be provided during the selection process.
