HEREUP is recruiting staff to handle on-site guidance and operations for foreign tourists. • Instructions on using Lotte Card kiosks at Lotte Department Store Myeongdong and explanations of card registration procedures • Assisting foreign tourists and providing service guidance • Organizing part-time staff work schedules and managing related documents • On-site operation management for Zeta Flex at Lotte Department Store Myeongdong and Lotte Mart Seoul Station [Working Conditions] • Employment Type: Full-time • Work Days: 5-day shift work week; weekend work is mandatory • Monday–Thursday Hours: 10:30–20:00 • Friday–Sunday Hours: 10:30–20:30 • Main Workplace: Lotte Department Store Myeongdong Main Branch • Salary: Annual salary negotiable based on experience and capabilities

Qualifications

[Qualifications] • Holder of TOPIK Level 6 • Able to handle customer inquiries and business communication fluently in Korean • Able to draft documents, process administrative tasks, and communicate effectively • Able to work a 5-day workweek schedule and weekends • Holder of a valid visa allowing for full-time employment in the relevant position, or capable of changing to a suitable visa status prior to hiring • Native Chinese speakers or those capable of handling customer inquiries fluently in Chinese (Applicants whose native language is not Chinese are requested to submit official language proficiency test scores or certificates proving their Chinese language ability.)
