[합류 후 담당 업무 입니다] - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through omnichannel support, including phone, chat, email, and other channels - Systematically collect and analyze customer inquiries and VOC (Voice of Customer) to identify key insights - Actively share customer pain points and improvement ideas with relevant internal teams, such as Product, Marketing, and Operations - Engage with online and offline communities in Korea - Execute offline marketing initiatives to interact directly with customers - Assist the Content and Promotion team in developing promotional campaigns for the assigned corridor

Qualifications
