Job Description

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Deliver personalized guest service to enhance guest satisfaction - Recommend beverages based on guests’ preferences and tastes - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area in accordance with hotel standards - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient bar operations and high service standards

Qualifications

- Legally eligible to work in South Korea - Associate's degree or higher

Preferred

- Bartending experience in a luxury hotel - Available for basic conversation in Korean - Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and beverage preparation techniques - Communication skills and a guest-oriented service mindset - Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
