Job Description

· Assistance with operations for Qoo10, Amazon JP, Rakuten, and TikTok Shop · Creation of product detail pages and thumbnail plans, collaboration with designers, and proofreading of Japanese text · Customer service support for Japanese customers · Planning and support for promotions and campaigns · New product registration on Amazon JP, practical support for logistics (FBA) migration, and assistance with advertising operations · Weekly organization of sales, inventory, and advertising data by channel, and report writing · Competitor research and market analysis

Qualifications

· Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1 or higher · Someone who keeps a regular eye on the Japanese beauty market - Someone who consistently checks Qoo10 beauty rankings, @cosme, and new products at Japanese drugstores, and can explain products they have personally used with supporting evidence · Someone capable of producing results based on proactive problem-solving skills and rapid execution

Preferred

· Experience living or studying in Japan · Practical experience operating Japanese e-commerce channels · Experience using design tools such as Figma and Canva · Ability to organize data and use basic functions in Excel
