Global (Japan) Content Advertising Planner Contract Position Recruitment

Job Description

- Planning and production of advertising content targeting the Japanese market - Review of advertising materials (images/videos/copy) from the perspective of Japanese consumers - Derivation of insights through monitoring Japanese trends and competitors - Proposal of creative improvement and A/B test ideas based on performance data - Planning expressions, visuals, and content composition that resonate naturally with Japanese consumers

Qualifications

- Graduates (or prospective graduates) of domestic or international 4-year universities - Fluent in Japanese (Japanese nationals preferred) - Familiar with Japanese social media and e-commerce content (Qoo10, Rakuten) and experience in creating Reels and card news - Those who wish to build a career and develop expertise as a Japanese content marketing specialist - Interested in Instagram feed composition and Reels production - For Japanese nationals, hold a visa allowing employment in Korea or meet the visa requirements (Visa application support system available)

Preferred

- For Korean nationals, experience residing in Japan (at least 3 years) - Experience in Japanese e-commerce or advertising/marketing - Ability to submit a portfolio of creative works personally planned or produced - Understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Meta, Yahoo, and LINE - Experience using design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
