Job Description

• Establishment of marketing strategies for South American influencers and planning and operation of campaigns • Analysis of local market and customer trends and identification of marketing appeal points • Identification, contact, and partnership management of key influencers • Management of brand social media and planning and operation of offline events • Operation and management of South American B2C channels

Qualifications

• At least one year of practical experience in influencer marketing • Native-level fluency in Spanish or Portuguese • High interest in cosmetics and skincare • Frequent use of social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram • For international candidates, ability to collaborate seamlessly in Korean • No impediments to overseas business travel

• Experience living in South American countries such as Brazil, or a deep understanding of local culture • Experience proactively taking on new challenges • Experience solving problems with an optimistic attitude even in difficult situations • Experience in beauty brand marketing and B2C channel merchandising
