Job Description

1. Main Duties of Museo Kitchen Staff Preparing ingredients and basic materials such as sauces and broths before business hours Preparing à la carte and course menus and plating Sharing dining progress with hall staff and serving food according to the course sequence Inspecting and storing ingredients, checking inventory, and preparing materials needed for the next business hours Washing cooking utensils, managing kitchen hygiene, and closing cleanup 2. Main Duties of Museo Hall Staff Checking reservation details, setting tables, greeting customers, and guiding them to their seats Explaining menus and course compositions, taking orders, and relaying requests such as allergies to the kitchen Serving food and providing information and service for alcoholic beverages, including traditional liquor and wine Coordinating the timing of the next dish with the kitchen to match the pace of dining at each table Handling payments and seeing customers off, rearranging tables, and closing cleanup

Qualifications

Museo Kitchen Staff Qualifications Individuals interested in Korean dining and willing to learn Museo's cooking methods Individuals capable of adhering to hygiene standards from ingredient preparation and storage to cooking and closing Individuals capable of coordinating cooking sequences with colleagues even during peak hours and accurately communicating food preparation times to the dining hall 2. Museo Hall Staff Qualifications Individuals proficient in Korean Individuals capable of warmly welcoming customers and responding calmly and courteously Individuals interested in Korean cuisine, traditional liquors, and wine, and capable of explaining the ingredients and flavors of the menu to customers Individuals capable of carefully verifying orders and requests, such as allergies, and communicating with the kitchen at the pace of the customers' meals

Preferred

1. Museo Kitchen Staff Preferred Qualifications Experience working at a restaurant serving Korean fine dining or course meals Responsible for a specific role ranging from preparing broths and sauces to cooking and plating Possession of cooking-related certifications, such as Korean cuisine, or a culinary arts major 2. Museo Hall Staff Preferred Qualifications Experience managing course meals at a fine dining restaurant Experience recommending traditional Korean liquors or wines tailored to customer preferences and menu orders Experience managing Naver reservations, attending to guests in private rooms, or handling group rental services
