주요 업무

• Provide timely IT assistance to users of Trescal Korea and its subsidiary/affiliates. • Facilitate equipment, services and software purchases, contract negotiations and implementations. • Manage all IT-related inventory (end-user devices, servers, networking gear etc.). • Aid in web application troubleshooting/debugging and execute SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation and insertion. • Work with Trescal Group IT for post-merger integration efforts, infrastructure & security matters and budget planning. • Provide support for Windows, Android, iOS and Microsoft Office related products. • Deploy and setup end-user devices and/or servers within Trescal environment and constraints. • Provide remote troubleshooting and diagnosis for Trescal IT assets and remote sites.

자격 요건

• Degree/Diploma Holder in IT-related discipline. • Experience in IT Helpdesk and end-user device technology support operations, including experience in troubleshooting and supporting computer applications and operating system are an advantage. • Ability to work on multiple projects and multiple deliverables. • Good administrative and planning skills. • Certification in Microsoft, Azure, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous. • Able to travel oversea and performs cross-site support if needed. • Communication: Korean (advanced) & English (advanced).
