We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Representatives to join our growing team and support our clients with Work Permits for Canada, Europe, and the USA; and Study Permit to Korea. *Key Responsibilities: - Provide proactive consultations to prospective clients via phone, messaging, presentations, and seminars. - Close deals and assist clients throughout the application process. - Collaborate with the internal documentation team to complete and submit paperwork on time. - Ensure strict adherence to deadlines and immigration guidelines. - Offer tailored, solution-oriented support to clients. *Qualifications: - Proficiency in both spoken and written English. - Strong presence in your country's community in Korea is a big plus. - Knowledge or experience with immigration processes in Korea, Canada, or other countries is highly valued. - Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, PDF editors, spreadsheets, and basic image/video editing software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Service-oriented mindset with a positive "can-do" attitude. - Visa requirement: F visa (no visa sponsorship available). *Job Details: - Position Type: Full-time (or Part-time accepted) - Location: Yeoksam, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Korea - Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM - Benefits: Negotiable during the interview Join us in helping individuals achieve their immigration goals while building a rewarding career in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
