Role Overview As a Machine Learning Engineer at Bone Inc., you will: 1. Develop ML Pipelines: Design, train, and optimize deep learning and classical ML models for real-world robotics applications. 2. Integrate with Robotics Systems: Work closely with embedded and hardware teams to deploy ML algorithms on edge devices and embedded controllers. 3. Data Processing & Analysis: Create data collection and management processes, ensuring high-quality datasets for model training and continuous improvement. 4. Performance Optimization: Conduct model profiling and optimization to enable real-time inference under tight computational constraints.

자격 요건

Qualifications 1. 5+ Years of Experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields 2. Proficiency in: -Python, C++ -Common frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) -CI/CD -ML model deployment  3. Strong Communication Skills: Fluency in Korean or English (bilingual is a plus) 4. Self-Motivated & Problem-Solving Mindset 5. Legal Authorization to Work in Korea

우대 사항

Recommended Skills: 1. Familiarity with ROS, DDS, or other robotics communication frameworks 2. Experience in Computer Vision (object detection/tracking, SLAM, sensor fusion) 3. Knowledge of real-time inference and optimization techniques (e.g., quantization, pruning) Optional Experience: 1.UAV/UGV Systems (e.g., PX4, ArduPilot) 2.Distributed/Cloud-based Training Architectures 3.Advanced Sensor Integration (e.g., LiDAR, thermal, radar) 4.Additional scripting or automation skills (e.g., Bash, Docker, Kubernetes) 5.Professional-Level English Proficiency
