[Kia Mid- to Long-Term Strategy Operations] - Establish, manage, and enhance execution of the company-wide mid- to long-term strategy (Plan S) [Strategic MI Execution] - Identify and propose management initiatives based on strategic market intelligence (market and competitor trends) [Future Strategy Development] - Develop future strategies in line with group company future businesses and Kia’s growth direction [Company-wide Strategy Consulting Management and In-house Consulting] - Oversee management consulting, review investments from a strategic perspective, and drive company-wide projects at the executive level [Group & Headquarters Collaboration] - Proactively implement changes by coordinating key issues with group companies and headquarters ※ This is a contract position. After one year of employment, the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position will undergo review.

자격 요건

- Foreign nationals who hold a bachelor's degree or above - 4+ years of experience in strategic consulting firm or strategic division of a Korean large conglomerate - Individuals who possess a valid visa status for work activities or have no disqualifications for obtaining one in the future - Those who are subject to military service obligations must have completed or been exempted from military service by December 31st, 2025, to be eligible for employment ※ Duplicate applications are not allowed across postings for the 2025 Kia Global (Foreigner) Hiring.
