Hotel Front Desk Customer Service Responsibilities: • Welcoming guests during check-in and ensuring a smooth, efficient check-out process • Providing concierge services and personalized assistance to enhance the guest experience • Promptly responding to guest inquiries and requests to ensure maximum satisfaction • Performing a variety of front desk-related tasks and supporting overall hotel operations as needed Working Hours: • 40 hours per week / Monthly: 174 hours Shifts: • Morning Shift: 09:00 ~ 18:00 (1-hour break) • Mid Shift: 11:00 ~ 20:00 (1-hour break) • Night Shift: 18:00 ~ 09:00 (2-hour break) Requirements: Must be available to work both day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays Strong communication and customer service skills Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred

자격 요건

Valid visa status for hotel employment: F-2, F-4, F-5, F-6 visas // D-10 visa eligible for E-7 sponsorship Korean language proficiency sufficient for smooth communication with colleagues (TOPIK Level 4–6 preferred) Fluency in at least one of the following languages: English, Japanese, or Chinese Strong team player with good interpersonal skills Willingness and ability to work night shifts Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility in a customer service role Bachelor’s degree (major not required)

Proficient in using hotel PMS (Property Management System) software Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry Available to start work immediately High-level language proficiency in English, Japanese, Chinese, or Korean, demonstrated by official test scores (TOEIC, JLPT, HSK, TOPIK) Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field F-visa holders (F-2, F-4, F-5, F-6)
